Pulp mill producing bleached pulp from agricultural fibres
Process uses soda cooking followed by sodium hypochlorite bleaching to a brightness of about 89% ISO, producing 20.000 t/year of cotton linter pulp which was used in the manufacture of specialty and commodity fine papers, cigarette paper, banknotes paper, etc.
Intervac dust removal drum, all stainless steel
Drum with perforations has 3200 mm Ø x 2800 mm length, stainless steel body holding the drum and it is enclosed in a stainless shell width 3800 mm, height 2800 mm and length 2900 mm
Tornado stainless pulper, year 1988, batch operation, tub stainless steel, 2400 mm Ø and 4450 mm height, m/s top cover, side entry rotor, fed from flat conveyor width 1500 mm and length 1100 mm, with pulp lift to first level then to feed conveyor approx. 2 m length at the inlet level of the pulper
2 Sprout Waldron cutting refiners, models R26EM, year 1981, with gearbox and motor drive. Loading is by gear motor
