Fourdrinier
With welded steel "cantilever C-frame" special structure, covered in stainless steel AISI 304.
"C-frame" transversal elements all length covered. Dimensions are adequate to bear additional loads and load stress of a possible additional second upper fourdrinier and for a wire stretching of 7,5 Kg/cm. Systems and equipment for fast wire changings using plastic wires

3 x dripping rolls, rubber covered 0-5 P.J., Ø 280 mm x 5600 mm face length, complete with holders at adjustable height with rolling bearings, grease lubricated

1 x hydrofoil with stainless steel AISI 304 structure, with 5 high density polyethylene blades

5 x hydrofoils with stainless steel AISI 304 structure, with 3 high density polyethylene blades

1 x stainless steel AISI 304 vacuumfoil, with 5 high density polyethylene blades

7 x stainless steel AISI 304 suction boxes with high density polyethylene draining surface
