    Heavy type supporting frame with open frames in electrowelded steel, seats for articulated joints of the bearing housing brackets rocker arms and for wire roll positioning; stiffening cross beams with flanged frames
    Unit for nip opening, loading and lifting of the bottom roll, including:
    2 x steel rocker arms for bottom roll bearing housing brackets, pivoted on journals and allowing movement for alignment
    1 pair of air bellows for load lifting and regulation, acting on the rocker arms

    The drive of the paper machine will be with multi-motor electric drives for a max speed of 250 m/min Scope of supply:
  • All the coupling in between the journals of the various driven rolls and the slow-speed shafts of the gearboxes
  • All the cardan shafts, where required
  • The gearboxes and the couplings of following sections: 2 baby press rolls, conveyor felt, pre-coater calender
  • Drive unit for paper rolls with belt pulleys where required
  • Set of guards for the rotating parts in painted plate
