Paper Machine
Number 3 forming fabrics Tosco Former type: the 3-layer formation has always allowed the paper mill to produce a quality highly appreciated by the market at a low production cost.

Number 2 press groups: 1st position: linear kg cm = max 100 kg (Bottom: cylinder diameter 710 mm – Top: diameter 680 mm – Face width 2,900 mm – linear kg cm = 110). 2nd position: linear kg cm = max 180 kg (Bottom: cylinder diameter 680 mm – Top: diameter 710 mm – Face width 2,900 mm – linear kg cm = 180).

Felts and Vacuum: contribution of a pick-up roll at the output of the pick-up felt and with a pre-felt with a suction roll at the pick-up felt input. It includes suction pre-felt, pick-up felt, dryer fabric, and pick-up felt.

As a whole, the wet section allowed a dryness of 50% entering the dry section.

Drying cylinders: 3 groups of 6 cylinders each for a total of number 18 drying cylinders. Working pressure: from 5 to 10 bar.

Quality control: a grammage and moisture control system by Fomat Company at the exit of the dryer section.

Calender: number 2 driven rolls, face width 2,900 mm, diameter 500 mm.

Siemens pump: Elmo-F double-sector model, type 2BE 1355 18Y3, 160 kW power. Azmec 1 pump: type ALZ100, 132 kW power. Azmec 2 pump: type AL65, 75 kW power.
